RFG Perspective: AIOps can provide a cost-effective way of improving mean time to recovery (MTTR). But that may be the wrong question to ask. Instead of using AIOps to be reactive, AIOps should be applied proactively to self-monitor and self-heal applications or operational environments before an outage even occurs.
